Covercraft Custom & Universal Fit Car Covers

All Covercraft covers are guaranteed to be free of defects at the time of manufacture. The length of warranty is determined by the type of material ordered and is dated from the original purchase date. Refer to the material chart below. This warranty covers the material as well as the construction of the cover. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, stains from environmental pollutants, standing water, cuts from sharp objects, neglect, accident or misuse. The cover must be properly utilized, secured and maintained.

Car Accessory Covers

Boat Products

Carver Boat Covers & Bimini Tops

All Carver products are guaranteed to be free of defects upon delivery. If a defect is detected within 12 months of date of purchase, Carver Industries will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product free of charge. If a defect is detected after 12 months and up to 36 months from date of purchase for three-year warranties, and up to 60 months from date of purchase for five-year warranties, Carver will (at its discretion) repair the defect on a time and material cost basis, or replace the product on a pro-rated basis. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, stains from environmental pollutants and/or standing water, cuts from sharp objects, neglect, accident or misuse. The boat cover, PWC cover or bimini top must be properly installed, utilized and maintained. Warranty lengths are determined by the grade of material ordered and is dated from the original purchase date.  Please see the material chart below. To guarantee coverage under warranty, all Carver Boat Covers must be tied down properly when trailering, using the Carver tie down kit.

Westland Boat Covers & Bimini Tops

All Westland covers and tops are guaranteed, to the original purchaser, to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the periods listed below. The length of warranty is determined by the type of material ordered and is dated from the original purchase date. Refer to the material chart below. This warranty covers the material as well as the construction of the cover. The cover or top must be properly installed, utilized, secured and maintained. Any Westland Industries’ cover, proven defective, will be repaired on a labors/materials basis, or replaced on a prorated schedule dependent upon cover fabric (shown below) based on the retail price of the cover.

The charts below detail the prorated schedule for each material. Prorated percentage shown is off original invoice purchase price.  

Not covered under warranty is damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, improper installation or maintenance. Warranty is void if your product is contaminated with tree sap, improper chemicals, bleach, gasoline, oils, and other liquids not defined to be part of the normal cleaning procedure. Additional items not covered include damage as a result of animals such as rodents, birds, pets, insects, etc. Product is also not covered if any damage is incurred as a result of coming into contact with sharp objects that would result in punctures or tears. Exposure to pollutants may also void warranty. Do not allow water, snow, or ice to pool on product as this will degrade the cover's water repellency and potentially cause mildew or premature leakage. Damage for pooled water may not be covered under this warranty. To prevent this from occurring, it is highly recommended that you install a Westland vented boat pole (#5007-5) or standard boat pole (5010AP) to raise the center of your cover so water, snow and ice run off and do not collect. The Westland vented boat pole will also prolong the life of your cover, as well as help protect your boat's interior from mildew.

Shoretex Boat Covers 

Shoretex Fabric Inc. warrants that each of its boat covers is made of top quality materials and workmanship and is free from defects at the time of manufacture. Normal use, weathering and stains from environmental pollution are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage to boat cover or boat in any form from use of this boat cover including but not limited to the following acts: misuse, abuse, neglect, improper boat protection, accidents or acts of God. Regardless of damage the factory will repair or replace, at its discretion the product free of charge provided the customer prepays freight to and from factory. If minor repairs can return the product to functional use it will be reworked at no charge. If the product is beyond repair the cost of replacement will be determined by subtracting the residual value of the product from the suggested retail price of the new item. *This limited warranty applies to defects in material and workmanship only.

WeatherMax Custom Boat Covers

WeatherMax: 5-year warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty includes the material and construction of product.

Prism Custom Boat Covers

Prism: 5-year warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty includes the material and construction of product.

Travel Tuff Custom Boat Covers
Travel Tuff: 5-year warranty from date of purchase. This warranty includes the material and construction.

Sunburst Custom Boat Covers
The Sunburst: 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty includes the material and construction.

MasterDuck Custom Boat Covers
The MasterDuck: 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty includes the material and construction.

Damage to covers not covered by warranty:

• Tears or rips caused by not padding sharp or obtrusive object
• Tears or rips caused by improper securing of boat cover to boat and/or trailer during transportation
• Tears or rips caused by improper use such as but not limited to transporting with the top up and driving the boat with the top up
• Frame damage from modifying it’s original design/structure
• Allowing water, snow & ice to pool in cover
• Discoloring or fabric desecration from foreign objects and chemicals(including tree saps, petroleum products, bird and animal droppings)
• Mold and/or mildew caused by storage of wet product
• Acts of God

All custom boat covers requesting specialized modifications (trolling motor modifications, extra add-ons etc.) and customizations are non-refundable. If for some reason there is a problem, the factory will make every effort to correct the problem.

If order is received in error or defective upon arrival the factory will reimburse the freight provided the product is returned immediately upon recognition of error. ShoreMaster Fabric will not accept returns without proper authorization from the factory. All refunds will be issued to the credit card originally used for purchase.

Shoretex/CoverTuff Boat Lift Canopies 

CoverTuff Canopies warrant to the original purchaser of a CoverTuff Canopy, utilized as a boat lift canopy, when properly installed, will remain in good visual condition for a minimum period of five years, without failure due to excessive fading or rupture, subject to the following terms, provisions and conditions:

A CoverTuff Canopy shall be deemed to have failed due to excessive fading only in the event that during the first five years following the date of shipment from Shoretex Fabric Products, it should fade to such an extent that it can no longer fulfill it’s intended advertising, decorative, or identifying role when viewed from a normal distance.

In the event of CoverTuff Canopy suffering failure as defined in this warranty, during the first three years following the date of shipment, Shoretex Fabric will supply a duplicate canopy in exchange for the canopy which is deemed to have failed.

In the event of failure during the fourth year following the date of shipment, Shoretex Fabric will supply a replacement canopy at the then prevailing price, less a rebate of 40% of the said price.

In the event of failure during the fifth year following the date of shipment, Shoretex Fabric will supply a replacement canopy at the then prevailing price, less a rebate of 20% of the said price.

In addition to visual characteristics, a CoverTuff Canopy is also warranted to meet (within industry accepted tolerances) our stated product specification in effect at the time of purchase. Failure which can be attributed to improper installation of the canopy, or to distortion of the framework upon which the CoverTuff Canopy is mounted, is not covered by this warranty. No rebate or replacement will be made for any canopy subsequent to the five year period covered by this warranty, or at any time for damage resulting from negligence, vandalism, or chemically induced degradation.

The foregoing constitutes Shoretex Fabric Products, sole warranty with respect to CoverTuff Canopies, and all other representation, warranties, guarantees or conditions, be they expressed, implied, and tacit, are hereby excluded. The liability of Shoretex Fabric Products hereunder is limited to replacement and/or rebate as aforesaid and in no event shall Shoretex Fabric be liable for consequential or special damages of any type whatsoever.

RV Products

Carver RV Covers

All Carver RV Covers are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, stains from environmental pollutants, standing water, cuts from sharp objects, neglect, accident or misuse. The cover must be properly installed, utilized, secured and maintained.  If a defect is detected within 30 days of original purchase date, Carver Industries will repair or replace (at its discretion) the RV cover free of charge including freight to and from the factory. After 30 days, the customer will be required to pay freight to and from the factory. The 5-year limited warranty is for a period of five years and is dated from the original purchase date.

ADCO RV Covers

Contour-fit RV and Truck Covers

ADCO warrants, to the original consumer purchaser that all covers will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the purchase date. Should this product be found to be defective due to material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, ADCO shall repair the cover if possible. If the cover cannot be repaired, ADCO will replace the cover once during the warranty period at the manufacturer's option. If you feel that you have a warranty problem, please contact ADCO at 800-541-ADCO. We will need to verify that you are in our warranty database. If you are not in our database, we will need to have a copy of your receipt which establishes both the purchase date and the retail price. No claims can be made without a copy of the original sales receipt.

Custom-fit RV Covers

Your custom cover warranty depends on the fabric you ordered. SFS Aqua-shed custom covers include a 3 year warranty. Dupont Tyvek custom covers come with a 4 year warranty. Sunbrella custom covers include a 5 year warranty. Should this product be found to be defective due to material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, ADCO shall repair the cover if possible. If the cover cannot be repaired, ADCO will replace the cover once during the warranty period at the manufacturer's discretion.

Covercraft RV Covers
