How to Measure for a Boat Cover

  1. When measuring for a cover, the most important thing is to measure in a straight line, not following any contours of the boat. Some people like to take their measurements on the ground for this reason. You are fine to measure along the side of the boat, as long as you make sure to measure in a completely straight line.
  2. When you measure, be sure to include anything which needs to be covered (excluding your motors) such as a bow pulpit, anchor davit, etc.
  3. If you have a single outboard motor, this cover will be built to include coverage for that. It is made for an outboard mounted directly on the transom. If your motor is on a jackplate or bracket, please add the length of the bracket into the length of your boat to ensure this will be accommodated for.

If you have dual motors, you should choose the next size cover up from your boats length.
